yah hadees kahaan tak sahee hai kih "manganee ko gupt rakho aur shaadee kee ghoshana karoʔ mera matalab keval manganee se hai, shaadee ke anubandh se nahin hai. kya manganee ke lie samaaroh aayojit na karana behatar haiʔ main jaanata hoon ki shaadee ya nikaah kee ghoshana karana vaajib hai, lekin manganee ke baare mein kya hukm haiʔ

is hadees ko dailamee ne musanad al-firadaus mein in shabdon ke saath rivaayat kiya hai : "shaadee ka pradarshan karo aur manganee ko chhupao." yah ek zaeef (kamazor) hadees hai jise albaanee rahimahullaah ne as-silasila az-zaeefa (hadees sankhya : 2494) mein aur zaeeful jaameus sageer (hadees sankhya : 922) mein zaeef kaha hai.

lekin usaka pahala vaaky (ghoshana karo) ke shabd ke saath sahee hai.

imaam ahamad ne abdullaah bin jubair raziyallaahu anhu se rivaayat kiya hai ki paigambar sallallaahu alaihi va sallam ne pharamaaya : "nikaah ka elaan karo." is hadees ko albaanee ne iravaul-galeel (hadees sankhya : 1993) mein hasan kaha hai.

nikaah ka elaan kana, usapar gavaah rakhane ke arth mein, vidvaanon kee bahumat ke nikat anivaary hai, balki vah nikaah ke sahee hone kee sharton mein se ek shart hai. kyonki paigambar sallallaahu alaihi va sallam ne pharamaaya hai : "ek valee (abhibhaavak) aur achchhe charitr ke do gavaahon ke bina koee nikaah nahin hai." ise baihaqee ne imaraan aur aayaash raziyallaahu anhuma kee hadees se rivaayat kiya hai, aur albaanee ne saheehul-jaame (hadees sankhya : 7557) mein ise saheeh kaha hai.

kuchh vidvaanon ne hasad karane vaalon ke dar se manganee ko chhupaane ko mustahab samajha hai, jo us aadamee ke beech aur usake mangetar ke parivaar ke beech bigaad paida karane ka prayaas karate hain. jaisa ki haashiyatul-adavee ala sharh mukhtasar khaleel (3/167) mein kaha gaya hai.

isaka saakshee paigambar sallallaahu alaihi va sallam ka yah pharamaan hai : "gupt rakhakar apanee aavashyakataon ko poora karane mein madad lo, kyonki har nemat vaale vyakti se eershya kee jaatee hai." ise tabaraanee ne rivaayat kiya hai aur albaanee ne saheehul-jaame (hadees sankhya : 943) mein saheeh kaha hai.

yah keval manganee ke lie vishisht nahin hai, balki aadamee ko chaahie ki vah allaah kee kisee bhee nemat ko aise vyakti ke saamane na prakat kare jo usase usapar eershya karata hai.

jahaan tak manganee ke lie paartee aayojit karane ka sambandh hai, to yah un maamalon mein se hai jo bahut se log karate hain, aur in sha allaah isamen koee aapatti kee baat nahin hai.

lekin yah dhyaan diya jaana chaahie ki in paartiyon mein shareeyat dvaara nirdhaarit seemaon ka paalan karana chaahie. isalie isamen purushon aur mahilaon ka mishran nahin hona chaahie, ya daph (duphph) ke alaava sangeet vaadyayantron ka upayog nahin karana chaahie. kyonki nabee sallallaahu alaihi va sallam ne shaadiyon mein isake upayog kee anumati dee hai.

aur allaah taaala hee sabase adhik gyaan rakhata hai.
