सहल बिन साद (र.अ) से वर्णित है के, अल्लाह के अंतिम सन्देष्टा (सलल्लाहु अलैहि वसल्लम) ने कहा:

❝सब्र के महीने (रमजान) के रोज़े और हर महीने के तीन रोज़े दिल में मौजूद खराबियो को निकाल देते है।❞

❝Fasting the month of patience(Ramadan) and three days from every month removes hatred, anxiety and whisperings from the hearts..❞
